I found my love of writing and reading at a young age. Before I even knew how to read, I’d memorize the stories as they were read to me and I’d sit with a book, upside down, acting as if I was reading it. It’s always been a big part of my life.

When my oldest daughter was found to have a rare brain tumor at nine years old, it flipped our lives upside down. I couldn’t keep a job because appointments for her care came first.

I decided to write and after I finished my first book, I knew it’s what I wanted to do. It’s a challenge and I love every minute of it.
