So glad for the recommendation to read the first two books in this series to get acquainted with its protagonist, grateful for the opportunity to read an advance copy (thoughts entirely my own), and looking forward to the next nine installments. Shesh uses a unique writing voice/style, stripping away the adjectives and focusing on the job at hand. His business background serves him - and Ishmael - well. Pick up ‘Sixty is the New Assassin,’ then ‘Assassins are Our Greatest Assets,’ and then you’ll be fully prepared to jump into this. Another word of advice: Don’t read these on an empty stomach; the many meals mentioned will leave you hungry! Right now, I’m hungry for the next book!
