I knew I was in trouble from the very beginning of Lost: The Search for Deputy Kizer by Tina S. Transformation! The hook that reeled me in was a fleeting, intensely dreadful scent that overwhelmed Officer Kizer’s partner when she was near her clothing locker. Yet, it left me just as rattled and preoccupied as it did her! That was it! I was fully invested in the long haul of this incredible 114-page novella!

This story put me through every messy emotion possible—from beautiful and touching to horrific and sad. Even in the most gnarly and ghostly moments, it was so easy to stay suspended in disbelief without even having to question the logic; I just couldn’t separate myself from her character!

I say this with total respect for the author’s creative imagination: this story had me holding my breath, completely caught off guard, and rereading the pages. Trying to process what I’d just read, my inner monologue kept shouting, “How in the heck is this happening?!” 😱

Tina has written something remarkable, but the purpose behind it makes it even MORE memorable. She’s written this to raise funds for her sister’s medical needs. I truly wish and pray for her sister’s health. I know the indie community rallies behind her HUGE HEART and SELFLESS GOAL. 💖💞💝

Lost The Search For Deputy Kizer is a fast paced story, with several twists and turns. A page turner for sure! I enjoyed it and couldn't put it down.

Holy Crap this book is WILD!

I am quickly becoming a fan of Tina S Transformation!! I devoured this book from the very beginning and all I have to say is... Holy shit... The was absolutely NO mercy! It was fast paced, action-packed and the fact it is short?? SOLD!! 5 stars from me, I can't wait for Tina's next book!!

This book was gripping right off the rip!!! The pov’s hit with a punch!! It was so good that I couldn’t put it down until I was finished and then sat there to let it all sink I in!!!

Buckle up because you’re in for a wild ride with this story. The twists and turns were crazy. This pulls you in from the very beginning and takes you through the insanity that this book is. It was filled with suspense and a creep factor that was in a nightmarish level. I was totally captivated by this one. First time reading this author and it definitely won’t be my last. Extremely good story.

Talk about a fast paced quick read. Tina has done it again. This novella was packed with thrills and chills. Her writing is so good and descriptive that I could literally picture what was written as if it were being played out right in front of me. This story does take you on a mini emotional rollercoaster ride but not before taking your breath away with the action and acts prior to. Tina gives you just enough horror to keep you up all night searching for something in the dark that isn’t there. The plot, the twist, the overall storyline will linger in your memory well after you’ve finished.

Story was great, I finished it one setting. It is a quick read with a huge twist. I was not prepared.

The only thing that bothered me was no pov titles and I got confused a few times even though it is one fmc pov.

Y’ALL! LISTEN—this may be a short story, but it hits like a full-blown nightmare 😳🌲 It didn’t come to play—it came to haunt your sleep and ruin your comfort zone.

What starts as a “simple” missing deputy case spirals FAST into staged crime scenes, mutilated bodies, and a killer who doesn’t just murder… they collect. And that replica body reveal?! I had to pause like—excuse me?? 😅

The atmosphere is thick, damp, and suffocating—you can feel those woods closing in. The investigators are trying to stay logical while everything screams this is NOT normal, and I loved that tension.

And the writing? Sharp, punchy, relentless. No fluff, just pure dread with a subtle supernatural edge that sneaks up on you.

Why I loved it? It’s fast, creepy, and completely addictive—proof you don’t need a full-length novel to absolutely wreck your nerves.

A really enjoyable novella with a strong storyline and engaging pacing. Even in the shorter format, the author managed to build tension, develop the characters, and keep me invested from start to finish. It had just enough mystery and intrigue to pull me in without feeling rushed.

There were a couple of moments where I wished for a bit more depth or detail, but overall it was a solid, satisfying read that delivered exactly what I wanted from a quick thriller. A great pick when you want something short but impactful. Four stars!

This is an emotional and gripping supernatural thriller novella.
Deputy Kizer goes missing and her partner won’t rest until she has answers. But, things aren’t always what they seem!!

This is a fast read and I couldn’t put it down once I began! All of Tina S. Transformation’s stories are excellent. She knows how to grab the reader and doesn’t let go!!

I was lucky to get an arc of this deep and dark story!

Wholly shit Tina does it again. This one is fantastic. Nitty, gritty and all the vibes you get from all her stories.

This is a horror story disguised as a detective story. It will grab you by the roots of your hair on the first page and drag you kicking and screaming to the end. I loved every minute of it!

The suspense will almost suffocate you. You will not see the twist until it takes your breath! This story is short and the author wastes no words. It's action packed and keeps you on the edge of your seat. A home run!

I really liked this book. Its a book with truth in it and horror. This story follows a deputy searching for a Lost officer but this book will shock you once you start reading it.

This book is amazing! I have read and enjoyed most of Tina's books, but this is my new favorite! It kept me guessing about what would happen next.

Tina writes such great characters and her stories are amazing. If you are looking for a fast-paced read and don't mind a little gore, this book is for you!
