The Haunting of Sheila Lee

The Haunting of Sheila Lee

Slow BurnPsychologicalSupernatural
Once manifested, guilt must be addressed. Sheila Ann Lee, a narcissistic, neurotic seeker of affluence, creates her own manifestation of trauma and leaves it forlorn, driving it to seek retribution against her as she seeks to overcome her own past, a past littered with those she destroyed. As it chases her, tortures her mind, and, eventually, uses her epiphany of real emotion to beset the true love she finds, it remains unclear to her and all those seeking to protect her whether it is a product of her mental illness or a supernatural being bent on her destruction, whether she is being haunted or she is the source of her own misery, and theirs.

About the Author

Uilleam Whitedale
After over three decades in El Paso, Texas, where he was a punk/Gothabilly fan - turned teacher, Uilleam Whitedale moved to northern New Jersey… and kept being a teacher. He is a little bit country, a little bit rock’n’roll, as the cliche goes, with a large dose of vegetarian tacos and salsa. Ten years later, although he’s always been a writer, he decided to try his hand at novels, under the pseudonym Uilleam Whitedale. He is a reader of nonfiction by constitution - political science, psychology, philosophy, etc - but incorporates that knowledge into his stories. He’s also a huge horror movie fan. Splice those things together and you get his writing style. He owns a Substack called Whitedale, where he posts unedited material, poetry, and kid’s/MG flash fiction.

Whitedale is a member of the Dark Veil Society, a supportive collective of indie horror authors.
