Chasing Snowfall was an interesting story that had me intrigued at certain points and other parts dredging through the story.
Charlotte is on the run and lets her guard down enough for a one night stand with Maverick, whom she sees as a let down after ghosting her. The two find themselves working together and oh was the banter is good. Her assumptions about Maverick were proven false as he proves that he had been thinking about her and when Charlotte's past returns, he tries to protect her.
The ending sets up the next book nicely and the chemistry was good. I just didn't vibe with the writing style and some parts seemed to drag on.
*Thanks to Anastasia and Grey's Promotions for the early copy.

"Chasing Snowfall" by Anastasia Wilder offers an engaging mix of contemporary romance, suspense, and dark romance elements. The plot showcases strong potential and, overall, it's an enjoyable read. The characters are endearing and exhibit nice development throughout the story.
The romantic "spice" scenes, certainly add excitement, although I felt they became a bit repetitive at times, which made the story feel longer than necessary. The explicit nature of these scenes was noteworthy, and while they were well-written, a touch less redundancy would have enhanced the flow. Towards the end it did feel a bit long and drawn out.
Overall, I’m rating this book at 3.5 stars rounding to 4. I received an advance copy, therefore I am leaving an honest review.
