This book had me hooked from the beginning as Walker makes her return to her hometown for the first time in 2 years. I loved the Gossip Girl vibes as we follow wealthy students whose weekly poker nights lead to some petty pranks, aimed at people who have frustrated them in some way. Walker finds herself as one of the poker night's targets but the way she orchestrated her revenge was masterful.

I absolutely loved the brooding and self-sabotaging Heath because he was relatable. When he and Walker reunited, I was anxiously turning the pages as the MCs pined for each other. Mutual pining lead to a spicy second chance at romance
