From the Edge

Once again Bell weaves an amazing story that pulls the reader into her 17th novel, From the Edge. This story, set in Hays, Kansas, takes many twists and turns as the characters navigate through loss, shocking revelations, and the ups and downs of life. The unbreakable bond between three friends, Beth, Tabitha, and Carrie is a central theme. However even their unending support and devotion fails to be enough to keep one of the trio from the edge. The same person responsible for the undoing of one friend begins to wreak havoc in all of their lives, preying on those they love the most. In the midst of dealing with the tragic loss of their friend and the new threats to their families and themselves, Carrie and Tabitha separately face trying times in their own lives. This intricate tale has dramatic scenarios, yet it speaks to the reader on a very personal level, as the characters face problems that are truly relatable.
