Like every Catherine Cowles book, this one is an easy 5 stars—because honestly, who wouldn’t give it that? The way she blends romance and suspense always has me feeling all the emotions before I even realize what’s happening.

Kyler and Fallon… where do I even start? Their story is everything. Kyler might just be the new gold standard for book boyfriends (seriously, is there a better MMC out there? Doubtful!). And Fallon—her love for Ky, her strength, her heart—had me hooked from page one.

This book has it all: found family, one bed, forced proximity, marriage of convenience… basically every trope I love wrapped into one emotional, edge-of-your-seat story. The intensity, the tenderness, the suspense—it all worked perfectly.

Kyler’s devotion to the people he loves completely melted me, and I’m genuinely sad to see the Sparrow Falls series come to an end. It’s been such a journey, and Secret Haven was the perfect conclusion.
