Danielle Morris is a new‑to‑me author, and this 62‑page thriller proves she can pack a serious punch in a small space. It’s fast, tense, and atmospheric from page one, with that creeping “something’s not right” feeling I love. And then she lands an ending that genuinely shocks. For such a short read, it delivers big impact — and now I’m definitely checking out more of her work.
