In 1969, mankind reached the moon. However, while the world was looking at the stars, something far more dangerous was looking at the world. As Neil Armstrong took his first steps on the moon, the dead took their first steps out of the grave. It was going to be a very long night for everyone. What happens when Hollywood collides with the undead? It obviously cannot end well.
This story does not waste time on filler and goes right for the jugular from the beginning. It sinks its teeth into the meat of the story and rips out all the juicy (or bloody) details. It's brutal. It's crazy. It's funny in some places. I found myself going from mentally willing characters to stay away to cheering on the undead. Everyone has to have something to celebrate, right?
A very entertaining read that I couldn't put down. If you like your books with a sprinkling of horror (and organs), a bucket of nostalgia, and a dose of humor, then don't miss out. Book a seat on the Hollywood tour, but I'd suggest keeping the windows and doors locked.
