I love the story line. I felt like I was the main character. It reminded me of my first love, and I went through all the emotions while reading this book. Derek is on fire. There was so many parts I highlighted. I couldn’t get enough of this book. Can be read as a standalone or with the series. Romantic story and no spice. I recommend this for anyone above 16 years old. It is your basic love story but it is well written. It made me feel like I was a character within the book.
