2025 Living Trust, Wills, and Estate Planning for Seniors
~Garrett Monroe
Living Trusts, Wills, and Estate Planning Seniors is an updated and comprehensive guide for 2025. As seniors tend to be our most vulnerable and preyed upon individuals, this guide gives tools to help protect not only them, but their family when it comes to planning out ones financial and property affairs.
From focusing on setting up Living Trusts – both revocable and irrevocable – to planning one’s estate, the guides and tools in this book are useful to everyone for protecting what takes a lifetime to accumulate. Other useful tools are check lists for keeping your trust up to date, types of wills and when to use them, as well as organizational tools for your documents to keep them secure until needed.
By using this book, you will be able to guide yourself to a safer and more secure future for yourself and your loved ones saving them from probate, fees, and tension in highly emotional times. I highly recommend this guide for families of all income levels and ages – as it says in the book, you don't have to be a millionaire to utilize a trust.
As always, all opinions and reviews are of my own volition. I have not been promised any compensation, by the author or publisher, for a fair and honest review.
