Fantastic read. Definitely needed this after the book slump I was in. Wendy Walker is a new author for me and I can't wait to read her other books. This psychological thriller kept me very interested as sometimes that can be hard for some authors. I encourage all suspense and thriller readers to add this to their must read list!!

The characters are deeply layered, especially Laura, whose mysterious past adds to the suspense. The tension builds masterfully, making it impossible to put the book down. Walker’s writing is sharp and full of intrigue, delivering a final twist that left me speechless. A must-read for fans of smart, twisty thrillers!
