This series was an absolute rollercoaster, and Charring Bones was the perfect finale. Brandy Hynes did it again. From page one, I was hooked. The tension? Off the charts. The intensity? So high I needed a moment to breathe more than once.
I’ve grown so attached to these characters that saying goodbye felt personal. Ainsley is everything I love in a female lead, fierce, broken but not defeated, and always ready to rise. Gage? He’s the kind of book boyfriend that leaves a permanent mark. Possessive, unhinged, vulnerable, sexy, basically, yes please.
This book hit all the emotional buttons. I teared up, I grinned, I screamed internally. Oh, and let’s talk about the spice... the creamsicle scene? IYKYK.
