Irreplaceable (Harmony, 2)
It wasn't his fault she lay broken and battered. He wasn't responsible for the injuries covering her bruised body. Her heart, however, told a different story. She endured the pain of its jagged edges as it shattered against her chest, ripping through the hope she once held. Her spirit was broken, and only one man was to blame for that. Cassandra Clarke had known better than to trust her all to a man like Logan West. She'd thought he was different-a better man than he'd portrayed to others. A man worth risking it all for. But she was wrong and would never make that mistake again. Faced with Logan's persistence, Cassandra must find the strength to keep her guard up or risk falling again for the one man her body feels is . . . irreplaceable.Contains mature themes.

I loved Inevitable (Book 1) and had great hopes and expectations for Irreplaceable and I was not disappointed. This book starts off from where book 1 left off, Cassandra is in hospital after having a car accident and refusing to have another to do with Logan, she basically thinks he is an ass after breaking her heart she wants nothing more to do with him and she makes that quite clear.
I found myself getting really frustrated with Cassandra in this book, telling her to just give him that second chance, it was obviously he really did love her but she was not having any of it. He was really trying too. I don’t think a lot of men would go to the measures he did for her and with the god awful Natasha back in the picture it must have been extremely hard for him especially when she is bribing him.
Irreplaceable is an emotional rollercoaster with lots of raw feelings and trust issues, but I did find myself saying ‘finally’ when the stubborn Miss Clarke starts thawing.
Brilliant book and brilliant author. I cannot wait to read Indestructible (book 3)
