I was drawn in by Marzi's journey from unsure outsider to confident witch. The world-building felt immersive. It was a bit slow at times. The chemistry between Marzi and the alpha wolf has just the right spark. I enjoyed how each supporting character brought their own flavor of magic or mystery. Moreover, the stakes kept rising, so I was hooked. Overall, it's an addictive paranormal romance that balances power struggles with heartfelt moments.
