“The Games We Play” completely won me over. Taylor and Todd’s story is tender, slow‑burn, and full of that delicious friends‑to‑lovers ache. I loved watching these two chase their dreams while trying (and failing) not to fall for each other.
Taylor’s strength and vulnerability made her so easy to root for, and Todd? I adored him — Todd has been in love with her forever, even if his confidence sometimes takes a nosedive. (Todd, buddy… I love you, but MAN UP.)
Alyssa delivers a heartfelt, swoony romance about timing, trust, and finally seeing what’s been right in front of you. I absolutely loved this story.
