First I want to mention how incredible the cover is! I love it!! I so enjoyed this short story! It’s quick, tense, and quietly unsettling in all the right ways. The pacing never drags, and just when you think you know where it’s heading, it flips everything on its head. That ending was so surprising, the perfect final jolt to wrap up a chilling little story! This is part of an anthology!
