So I marked this as read, but I'm lying-I couldn't finish it.
It's not a mark against the author-the language was rich and evocative and the ideas were strong. However, the combination of a completely anonymous hero, the jumping around, and the fact that I was reading it on a computer screen made it really really hard for me to stick with it. This is very much a personal thing though and I think many other readers would enjoy it, especially those who enjoy Assassin's Creed (That's what it kind of reminded me of), old world myth and higher level literature.
Not for me, but definitely has its high points for others.
