“I Let Her In” by Maria Frankland is a gripping psychological thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.
The story follows the main character, Cassie who moves to a new neighborhood with her husband, Jon and young son, Teddy, in hopes of starting fresh. However, things take a dark turn when her new friend, Amy, kidnaps her son and reveals a sinister secret that Cassie never knew existed.
Maria does an excellent job of building tension and suspense throughout the novel. I love how she kept me guessing about Amy’s true motives. The pacing is perfect, with twists and turns that left me shocked and wanting more.
Overall, “I Let Her In” is a thrilling and captivating read that will keep you hooked until the very end.

This was the first book I've read by this author and I will definitely be delving into more. This was a quick paced thriller, with plenty of twists and turns. I definitely didn't have it all figured out which was awesome. Nothing worse than writing out the whole ending in your head before it even happens, which thankfully I wasn't able to here. I look forward to reading many more of Maria Frankland's books soon.
