I thought I really enjoyed book 1 but wow, Raven hit it out of the park with book 2.
Back at it again are Lyndsey, Lizzie and this time they bring Poppy along for the adventure, along with everyone's favorite ghost Anna.
This book is an engaging novel that combines elements of mystery, adventure, and the supernatural. It captivated me from beginning to end!
Raven's attention to detail makes the reader feel as if they are alongside the characters, while camping, and navigating the trails and underground caves of Kentucky! It was fun for me to imagine the caves as I went on a camping trip to Kentucky a couple of years back to see Mammoth Cave, so it brought me back to that fun time!
Raven builds much suspense and tension throughout the book, making it difficult to put it down.
The plot twists are cleverly written, providing unexpected surprises that will leave readers guessing until the very end.
While the mystery itself is the driving force of the book, it also touches on the friendship, trust, and the lengths to which people will go, to protect their secrets.
In conclusion, this book is an exceptional mystery that delivers a thrilling and suspenseful reading experience. With its well-crafted plot, engaging characters, and atmospheric setting, Raven has created an absolute page-turner that mystery lovers will enjoy.
