This was a slow-burn psychological thriller which is told from multiple POVs and also two different timelines.

After Neil is almost fully recovered from an accident that could have left him paralysed. It isn’t long before he is looking for work. He is contacted almost straight away as a head gardener at Seaspray House.
He and his wife Lottie and son Albie move to a property owned by Neil’s new employers. It isn’t long before Lottie starts questioning things as something doesn’t feel right, her relationship is drifting too.
As I said it was a slow burn, it took until around halfway through the book to start to get exciting and it continued from there onwards to be a fantastic read.
I was absolutely shocked when things are revealed, but also the twist at the end. Wow, I did not see that coming at all.
I have enjoyed every single book I have read by K.L. Slater and The Bedroom Window, although slow starting, it turned out to be fantastic.
