From the very beginning, the story feels raw and intimate, exploring addiction, trauma, and self-destruction in a way that never feels sensationalized. Instead, it’s deeply human. Charlie Noir doesn’t shy away from uncomfortable truths, and that honesty is what makes this story hit so hard.

The narrators brought Charlie Noir’s book to life by speaking each character in such a phenomenal way!

Nice way to introduce both the main character and what a working dog does.
The conflicts between the handler and other law enforcement personnel fits exactly how I would picture the encounter happening.
Glad that some people were able to change their mindsets by the end of the novel.
Cannot wait to read the next books in the series.
