The Carpenter's Chameleon is book two of the Sidero series. A dark and twisted fiction novel. After Melanie Sidero suffers a traumatic assault at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, her mental status quickly diminishes. She is hired by the cartel as an interrogator with no intentions of ever killing anyone. Unfortunately for her, someone tries to kidnap her, and Melanie kills them in a very gruesome and public manner which lands her in a mental facility. Her psychiatrist's feel it would be in her best interest to isolate her upon her release in order to help discover her true nature as opposed to mirroring someone else. They were wrong. Now alone with her thoughts, she is a danger to everyone and everything around her.
