MY SON IS A MURDERER (Twisted Family Mysteries)

My name is Sonya Salvador and my son is a murderer. He was arrested for the murder of his 16-year old classmate and best friend, Henry Cain. Our lives have been shattered before our very eyes.
My son says he didn’t do it, and that he’s being falsely accused. My ex-husband - a police officer - doesn’t believe him, but I do, and that’s why I’m hunting for the truth. The circumstances surrounding Henry Cain’s murder case are mysterious, and things aren’t adding up. I fear my son is being framed.
Everyone is saying my beloved son is a murderer, but I'll never give up on him. There are lies, and dark secrets surrounding all aspects of this gruesome murder case. Even though I’ve begun to question who my son really is, I’m going to find out who killed Henry Cain. I'll have to unravel this dark mystery before it's too late.
I will find the truth, and clear his name. Even if he's innocent, or guilty. It’s my duty as his mother.

Kept me looking for the truth of the murder. Part of the book was predictable but the ending wasn’t what I expected!

There were some great parts to this book a mother's love is extremely strong and the need to protect your children is very evident. I felt like Sonya was a bit childish in her approach and abrasive manors.
I didn't really get into the story like I was hoping I would. This felt like a teenager's point of view from start to finish. The police procedures and view points didn't add up. It was a fairly quick read because I could skip over a lot of the 'I said, Ethan said, Layla said etc.' There were typos here and there. some ARC readers would maybe help for future books to maybe catch them from the start.
