Twisted plot, secrets, betrayal, and murder. What more do you want from a thriller?
This story was fast paced from the beginning, keeping me locked into this book. All the characters were likeable, but I could not stand Leona's brother-in-law Michael, at all! So full of hate and anger towards Leona, and for what reason? As for Leona, the description of her grief of losing her husband felt so real and I felt such empathy for her character.
I thought I had guessed the direction this story was heading so it had me reading it even faster to see if I was correct lol. This was such a well written story and I highly recommend reading it.
