Description:

So Not Meant To Be
Am I in love with JP Cane?
Ha! He certainly thinks so . . .

He's annoyingly loud, obnoxiously handsome, and having watched When Harry Met Sally is convinced that men and women can't just be friends.

So when we have to fly to San Francisco for work and stay in the same penthouse, I'm happy to prove him wrong.

Yet with his continuous flirting and his polished good looks, I'm soon finding it hard to sleep at night.
But guess who can control herself? This girl.

Because if there is one thing I know for certain, it's that JP Cane is wrong.

Men and women CAN just be friends and we are SO not meant to be . . .

A Not So Meet Cute
'How did you two meet?'

It's the question I dread.

Because my (not so) meet cute was unexpected to say the least. I was in Beverly Hills, searching for someone to take me on as their bride, you know, as you do.

He was striding around the block, mumbling about a business deal gone wrong.

That's when we bumped into each other . . . And there were no sparks. Not even a hint of blossoming love.

A Long Time Coming
Ophelia thought wedding planning would be fun.

But with her nightmare of a mother-in-law, she's struggling to adjust to life with a ring on her finger.

Meghan Quinn consistently delivers exceptional witty banter. "A Not So Meet Cute" was particularly well-executed, showcasing Quinn's effortless ability to weave humor, emotion, and conflict into her narratives. This story was both charming and amusing, evoking a strong emotional response. The characters were meticulously developed and presented with remarkable depth. I thoroughly enjoyed them. The audiobook production was outstanding, and the narrators' performance was superb.
