National Organization for the Advancement of Humans (NOAH) Decrees All citizens will comply with a compulsory relocation program All citizens on their 18th birthday will receive a mark on their right bicep permanently branding them into a profession chosen by NOAH. Any human found criticizing NOAH will be publicly flogged. Any human attempting to flee the kingdom may receive capital punishment. Any human, and all known associates, harboring a magical creature will be publicly executed. Any non-human creature found in the kingdom shall be put to death in a manner deemed fit by NOAH. Bounties will be paid for information leading to the arrest of anyone violating the aforementioned decrees.
