I really enjoyed this story!
It reminded me of the horror paperbacks I devoured growing up—short, punchy, and packed with eerie thrills. The scares are imaginative without being over-the-top, and the story moves at just the right pace to keep you turning pages. I especially loved how the box itself felt like a character—mysterious and menacing.

From the moment Reba snags the Nightmare Box at Horrorcon, I was all in. The setup is classic: teens, and a cursed object. But Danielle keeps it snappy and suspenseful, with each character facing their own tailor-made terror. It’s like Goosebumps grew up, got a little darker, and went to a horror convention.

If you’re into any book that makes you want to read under the covers with a flashlight, this novella is perfect for you!
