Feversong

Wow. Just wow. Karen beautifully concluded this arc in the Fever series. It was immensely satisfying, and I cried a couple of times. She's a true master of her craft. I feel like with the end of this book, I can finally let go of Mac and Barrons as main characters and fully embrace what she has coming next (and I know what it is!!!) So many questions were answered, some new questions popped up, I have no fear she will eventually get around to answering them. Her ability to make you fall in love with her characters and view them and the Fever world as "real" is unbelievable. I feel like I personally know Mac, Barrons, Ryoden, Dani and the rest of the crew. I laugh with them, grieve with them, love with them... they feel like extended family. I plan to start at the beginning and re-read the whole series and pick up more tidbits and clues she's given us from the very beginning.
