Don't Panic was a story about a teenage called Samantha, She suffered from severe panic attacks. Going to class set them off more as she hated being the centre of attention. Most of the time this caused Samantha to run out of class and end up going home.
She bumps into a new kid, Eli, when she runs into the wrong bathroom and Eli knows the signs from having panic attacks himself in his past and he wants to help Samantha.
Eli books Samantha in for therapy. But things don't get easier when Samantha's ex comes back to town causing her more anxiety and panic attacks. Luckily she has Eli to help her through it but she doesn't want to depend on Eli as she is so used to be independent.
With romance as well this was a great story. Having suffered from panic attacks I could relate to Samantha.
I know that the author Lindsay Paige also suffers from panic attacks and anxiety and know this book was written from the heart and from her sufferings.
