The Composition of Nora Caverlee

Wow, what a debut novel! Ashlee did an amazing job with this story. I loved every aspect of it! It was so hard to put down. I always enjoy stories that add journals into the story, as I enjoy being able to look into the life of the deceased character.

I really liked the character Audra. She persevered through an abusive relationship and created a life she wanted. Griffin was my second favorite. He seemed kind, loyal, and sweet.

Audra after moving away from her home in the city found a journal of a missing girl in her new house. After reading through it, she felt a connection and with that a need to try and do what the police didn't, solve it. Did Nora just leave after all her heartache or was she murdered?
This was a fantastic mystery and I didn't see the ending coming! Great job!!

I can not wait for Ashlee's next book!
