Duck Duck Goose A Rosa Guzman Thriller

Bounty hunter. Vigilante. Reluctant hero.

Fresh off a failed stint in the Army, Rosa Guzman has fallen back on what she knows best: bounty hunting. When an offer arrives from a man with connections to the Northeast Crime Syndicate, she's hesitant to take the job - until she hears the name of the man she'll be going after. Caught in a web of lies and her past misdeeds, Rosa's skills will be put to the test in the deadliest way possible.

*****

Born on the streets, Rosa Guzman has lived her whole life with the dark secrets of her checkered past. Caught in a gang war with her life spiraling into chaos, the only way out is to join up with Uncle Sam.

Eight years later, after a dishonorable discharge from a mission gone wrong, Rosa is back on the same Springfield streets she started from. Working as a bounty hunter with fellow Army vet Chuck Heath, she stays away from gang life, working for the side of good as she tries to atone for the sins of her past.

Money, talks, though. And none talks louder than the cash offered by the mob.

Caught between a desire to do good and the sins of her past catching up with her, Rosa's skills will be tested beyond their limits, forcing her to decide what is truly good and evil - and which side she is on.

*****

Written by thriller author Jackson Riggs, the Roza Guzman series is an edge-of-your-seat, nail-bitingly intense, adrenaline-drenched thriller, perfect for fans of Tim Tigner, Ethan Jones, Diane Capri, Russel Blake, and DV Berkhom.

Another great action-packed thriller involving Goose, her friends and her enemies where even though she comes out on top, there are times when things are not so good for her.
Love the fact that she uses her training from the military and elsewhere to overcome the bad guys.
