Tropes: Found Family, Wolf, Vampire, Witch, PNR, shifter, magic, secret society, mate marks, insta-connection, destiny, revenge, manipulation, cliffhanger (not bad), academia, badbutt FMC, pregnancy, professor/student.
Opinion:
The plot is amazing. Alassandra is one of a kind. As you read, you learn more and more as she learns about herself. I love the relationship between Alassandra and Ikaris. They are hot and spicy but such a cute couple.
Without giving spoilers the story has many twists and turns that keep you on your toes. Some you may guess, others, you will not.
One of my favorite parts is when Alassandra is in the restaurant "Darkroom". She is a badbutt. Not only her powers but what she has to say.
Even though I just read this in Feb 2025 this is one of my favorite books for all of 2024 and so far 2025.
