After escaping her violent marriage, Olivia finds the perfect house to raise her daughter, Mia. She is finally free! Everything is going so well until she meets her neighbor, Abe. Something is off. The lingering stares. The awkward chats. Olivia’s unease grows with every interaction. Is her new home her dream or is she stuck in a nightmare?
This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I really enjoyed it. The story flowed quickly and I got nervous along with Olivia when we were in the big, dark house at night. The plot exploded and the ending landed really well and seemed to tie most of the story back together.
It was a fun little rest that I would definitely recommend. I will definitely be checking out more from this author!

The creepiness and anxiety I felt while reading *The Neighbour* by Arti Manani was off the charts! This book grabs you by the throat and refuses to let go. From the chilling warnings to the neighbor, Abe's spine-tingling presence, every moment crackles with tension. The suspense is relentless, and the eerie sense of being watched had me ready to scream, "RUN, OLIVIA, RUN!"
It's a wickedly fun dive into suspense and terror that left me hanging on by my fingernails.
Arti weaves a masterful psychological thriller that keeps you breathless and begging for answers until the mind-blowing finale. An absolute must-read for fans of edge-of-your-seat thrillers!

Don’t let the fact that this is a short read fool you. It definitely packs a punch! From the first page I felt my anxiety rising and it never offered a reprieve. Each page continued to go up another notch, that had me thinking, WTH?
This domestic thriller was not only highly entertaining, but it also reminds us how much strength we have when we least expect it. What I’ve come to realize about this author is that her books touch on real world topics, yet she does so in a way that her writing is so entertaining you don’t even see how much your getting “schooled” until it’s over.
That being said, Arti Manani has done it again, and I highly recommend this one too.

This is a pulse-pounding thriller that masterfully blends psychological suspense with raw emotion. At its core, it’s a story of survival, resilience, and a mother’s relentless fight to protect her child.
Manani’s sharp, atmospheric writing keeps readers on edge, expertly playing with paranoia and forcing us to question what’s real and who can be trusted. The tension escalates toward a gripping and unpredictable climax.
Fast-paced and emotionally charged, The Neighbour is a must-read for thriller fans who crave psychological depth alongside spine-chilling suspense.
Thank you, Arti Manani, for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
