Combining two very different-minded characters in one book is always hard but Steven Becker was definitely up to the task.
With the danger to Mac and Wood and knowing that they would have to figure out a way around certain unsavory practices, it allows you the reader to truly root for them to overcome and end the story with a happy ending.
