Small town romance
Where do I even start on my review? If you need a good cry with a happily ever after then this is perfect. The family aspect within the book is amazing from work driven parents to losing a mother at a young age. There is heartache and lesson learned. There is past trauma of relationship issues on both MC sides. Spencer finally figured out how to be her authentic self. Maverick learned to not let his past run his present or future. I recommend this for 18+ due to sexual scenes. On a spice level it is a 2/5. On a crying level it is a 3/5. Not only will it bring tears to your eyes because of sadness but you will also be crying happy tears. This book made me laugh out loud every chapter.
