Nail salons are similar to hair salons, in the fact that clients open up to the person attending to them. Be careful what you tell them though!

This book had a lot going on in it, with lots of different characters. I did think going into this that it would be more focused on the nail salon due to the title of the book.

A teenage girl goes missing and DCI Susan Fisher and her team try to find out where is she, what happened and hopefully that she is still alive. But while they are investigating this a lot of things unravel.

I was shocked towards the end, that is for sure. I was not expecting that!
The book isn’t for everyone, there are many triggers, so I would advise anyone wanting to read the book to check the trigger warnings before delving in.
