The Dark Awakening: A Young Adult Vampire and Witch Romance & Urban Fantasy Trilogy (Immortals of East Greenwich)
This series is perfect for readers who enjoy young adult slow-burn romances. It includes vampires, witches, and elemental magic. Other tropes in the series include fated mates, past lives, kidnapping, a villain obsessed with the heroine, and forbidden love.
To defeat the vampire who hunts for my blood, I must become the monster I fear most.
One year ago, I was the victim of a brutal attack. Now I face a new threat lurking in the shadows of my fears, and there’s no one to trust.
Secrets begin to reveal themselves, and I’m thrown into a haunting, supernatural world. Vampires, witches, and werewolves roam the land, and as newfound power grows within me, I must decide where my heart and strength lie. To become a warrior and fight the monsters who thirst for my blood, or to open my heart to love and the man in my dreams—visions of a past life I don’t remember.
"This book had me in another world without realizing I'd left my own. I easily found myself lost in this adventure with Mercy, the main character. It's written in a way that feels very genuine and gives you the opportunity to get to know the cast before the fireworks go off, and man, do they go off!"

Author's Notes:
For a spicy, adult edition of this story, download Stalked: Blood of the Chosen, book one, written under my second pen name, D.L. Blade.
The Dark Awakening was initially published in 2018, under my second pen name, D.L. Blade.
Since then, I've rewritten the same story and had it re-edited by Courtney Caccavallo. The story contains 100 more pages than the original, new scenes, removed scenes, and an added prologue from Dorian's POV. This edition features mild language and violence. Intended for a 13+ audience.
Full content warnings can be found on D.L. Blade's website. Link is listed before chapter one in the ebook.

The first in the Chosen Coven series, I like PNR but this was a little different from others I have read or listened to before, In a good way! I was invested in this from the very start. It’s full of witches, vampires, werewolves and demons. The world building was great, I could imagine I was in the scenes, it has action, adventure, eeriness, mystery men lurking, secrets are revealed and lots of twists and turns. The narrator gave good emotion during the audiobook and she was easy to listen to, her voice was smooth, no faltering, perfect narration.
It was fantastic and I am looking forward to the next book
