The Accident

"Some choices have deadly consequences. With a young daughter and a lucrative career, Katherine "Kat" Nichols isn't the type to take risks or be reckless. Until one night, after too many drinks, she gets behind the wheel. Her new friend, Eve, insists that it's fine. It's late, dark, and the roads are empty anyway... Now, Kat would do anything to turn back the clock. If anyone ever found out about the accident, it would ruin her life. But no one needs to know because the only witness was Eve, and she's promised to help make it all go away. Kat just has to trust her. Except something isn't right with Eve, and by the time Kat realizes that...it's already too late"-- Provided by publisher.
