Nina and Maggie have a very complicated relationship. Every night, they have dinner and then Maggie is lead back up to her living area and chained in for the night. Maggie violated Nina’s trust and destroyed her world 20 years ago. Now Nina wants Maggie to pay, but just when Nina thinks she has it all figured out, the past rears its head and turns Nina’s world upside down. The past always catches up.

Yet another absolute masterpiece by John Marrs. I had no idea where the story was heading and I just strapped in and hoped for the best. The ending rips through you like a nail gun. What a ride!
