This heartwarming tale of father and son bonding with some shared activities really kept my attention. The father has some "predilections" and tries to hide it from his son, but that doesn't last long. Once the secrets are out, it's all downhill. The scenes are visceral and the story sprints along to a crazy finish. There are definitely some triggers in here, so make sure you check them all out before diving in and visiting with Daddy. If he lets you pick, don't pick the garden sheers.
I picked up this Father's Day Edition of the book at the Scares That Care: Killer Pride last month and I've finally had a chance to check it out. It even came with a Father's Day card! How thoughtful.
If you like your reads quick, full of questionable material, and a bit wild, then this is definitely a book for you. I will be starting Past Due: Rural Decay II as soon as I finish this!
