Icicle: A Dark Romance Novelette

I support women's rights and wrongs so it makes sense that I absolutely love Calista and her vigilante ways!

Calista endures a painful life with neglectful parents and a bully who, with his sycophants, make her time at prep school hell. One day things take a tragic turn as Alistair Covington, the aforementioned bully, decides to take his bullying further and Calista is forever changed by that day.

There is a time jump and she is a senior in college, more confident and with a dark secret; Calista is a female serial killer who only kills during winter. Her targets are abusive men and I fangirled so hard. She's a baddie with goals and a side of feminine rage that makes you almost ignore her immoral actions.

The ending left me breathless and wishing that the book was longer. But, with the news of a follow up, I can't wait for more of Calista's story!
