Meridian presents us with a roadmap into the world of natural healing, aimed at readers with little to no prior experience with herbalism or holistic wellness. The book is organized in an approachable and straight-forward manner with explanations of common home remedies and self-care practices intended to support everyday health goals.
This book opens the door for those who are wanting to ease into the natural approach to well-being without feeling overwhelmed. It's supportive and accessible making beginners who are curious about plants, ritual-style self-care, and DIY health practices comfortable to venture in.
This book serves well as a refresher course for those who may have been out of herbal and holistic healing for a while and beginners. But those who are experienced, looking for a more in-depth and detailed book would want to look at a book not marked for a beginner.
