Aurora and Fenn had no memories about their childhood they could only remember what had happened since the day they were at Mily’s doorstep. Now older and still living together Aurora and Fenn want answers, they want to find out who their parents were. When they start to dig they find some strange things starting to happen when Mr Creepy arrives with a prophecy. Aurora and Fenn are part of this prophecy and have to find a way back to their realm and only once they go back will their past show itself to them.
I really enjoyed Born in Flames, Aurora may be different but she is different for a reason. Although she is a little stubborn I just wished she had woke up to her real feelings for Fenn before he went away. The novel is full of adventure, twists and having to grow up when you find out that a whole other world is relying on you. I loved Lexi she was so cute and a great friend even though their friendship in the book only started towards the end. She would do anything to keep Aurora safe.
I love dragons and all things mythical and magical and this book grabbed my attention very quickly and I was hooked.
