Plot-wise this was fast and fun, very high action.

style-wise it wasn't for me. I liked the alternating POVs but there was too much filtering language that felt like it kept us at a distance, it could have been much more intense without (she saw with her eyes, she felt... those kinds of things)

Trade some of those filtering words for gritty description and I think this one would have been a winner
