This book was a whirlwind of emotions and I loved every second of it. Liam's lifelong love for Hannah and how he cared for her daughter got me in my feels. The stigma around single moms sucks and I teared up during the parts when Hannah's parents tried to put their old-school beliefs on her.
I loved how Hannah finally grew out of wanting to please people and accept the love that she deserved. Excuse me while I grab another tissue...
The minor characters (Hannah's daughter Charlie, Liam's siblings, parents, and Hannah's family) were so dang funny and gave the story a bustling dynamic. This is a book that will have you laughing at the sibling antics, swooning over Liam and Hannah's relationship, cooing at Liam taking care of Charlie, and fussing in anger over the situation between Hannah and her sperm donor.
Oh and the spice... Holy fudge sticks. The spicy moments were a good mix of sweet intimacy and passionate dirty talk that had me biting my pillow and squealing. Liam f'ing Hayes
