I really enjoyed "The Taken Ones," and I found it to be quite captivating. The story held my attention from start to finish, despite some moments of confusion due to its numerous subplots and character arcs. The suspense, particularly the mystery of "who done it," really kept me engaged throughout.

One aspect I particularly enjoyed was the diversity of the characters, which added depth to the story. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 stars. It’s an intriguing read that I would recommend to those who like suspenseful mysteries!
