Kizzy was often teased and picked on for looking like a chubby boy. She went from having no hips to having curves that made men’s mouths water.
However, none of that changed how she felt on the inside.
When she looked in the mirror, she still saw the overweight, never pretty enough girl. The one that was never quite enough. She loved to laugh and kid around but most often she spent her nights crying herself to sleep. After high school she was told she was too confident, too proud, too… Why could no one see beneath the exterior? Why could no one see the fragile heart and insecurity? All she really wanted was for someone to love her unconditionally. Something she has yet to find. She still holds out hope that she will find the one that will see past the outside. The one that will see her heart, her compassion, and her strength.
