Abigail is a real estate agent whose pride is Persimmon Commons. She loves her neighbors, enjoys her job, and has fun planning activities, especially the book club. But when new neighbors move in, things get a bit chaotic.

For starters, Garrett is HOT, like supermodel hot, his sister Gretchen is a prudy snob with an agenda against Abigail and her book club, and Meredith is just... pink.
